A 90 ’s-inspired rock trio featuring vocals/guitar, drums, and cello. The cello takes the place of both the bass and lead guitar by running through an octaver and distortion. While performing mostly originals, our covers include Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, and Tori Amos.
My name is Natalie Mai Hall, and I am an experimental cellist known for my unconventional style and use of electronics to amplify my sound. After studying cello performance at the University of Washington with Toby Saks, I gained a love for improvisation from Cafe Racer's 'Racer Sessions.' I am a session player and provide onstage string support to acts of all sizes. I have worked with artists including Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Disturbed, the Eagles, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Michael Bublé, and local Seattle artists, including All-Star Opera, Noah Gundersen, Kris Orlowski, Zan Fiskum, and Seattle Rock Orchestra.
Because my performance career has spanned many genres, I enjoy hosting events that share a unique breadth of music.
